This is a long overdue review. I contacted On Point on a referral from a friend after hearing sounds in my attic. James and Mike came out and inspected my attic and confirmed that we had rats. Mike set up a plan for setting traps in the attic and when he would come and check them. He was always here at the scheduled time and always called ahead as well. When I heard scratching noises above my head at night when sleeping I knew it wasn't good.My neighbor on Merritt Island had the same thing about 2 months ago and called the wildlife removal animal exterminators. On point and james are amazing. I Had a rat in my attic who was chewing through my water pipes that ran in the attic , And he was destroying my home. The amount of water damaged that the rat caused was Awful. I called critter control and they charged me $600 to seal up 3 holes on the outside of my house. After critter control told me that there was NO activity in my attic, they very next day after they left I woke up to water POURING out of my light fixtures and flooding 2 rooms in my house. Called critter control back and they told me I was Delusional....SO that's when I decided to go with ON POINT. That was the best decision I made!! James, Tony and Emil came to my house. This company goes above and beyond in every since of the phrase. I've had animal issues in my attic for almost a year (since hurricane Irma) because my roof got messed up and I'm still fighting with the insurance company, (yes, I still have a very battered, blue tarp on my roof).I belong to Angie's List, as well as the "Nextdoor" app on my iPhone, They were both recommended there, so I researched them as well as their competitors on the BBB website. This was the only company in Brevard that was actually Accredited!I called On Point Wildlife Removal to come see if they could put a temporary seal on it or something and help get the rats or raccoons out of my attic.I called them at 6:30pm on Sunday night, (my work schedule is difficult and I always have a hard time reaching businesses that late because I'm a surgeon and work 12-16 hr shifts. To my surprise the owner answered, (no, not an answering service), he actually apologized for not being able to come out then as it was so late (I had no expectations for anybody to come out at 7pm on a Sunday night). He took my information and said he would get somebody out there asap, I told him Monday morning was fine. We set up an appointment for 8am Monday James and Scott Early Monday morning, I received a call from James letting me know that he was about 30 minutes away. 8am the doorbell rang and James and Scott introduced their selves as my Account Mangers.They were able to inspect, solve, and even replace my missing soffit with permanent repair (that looked perfect). They came out at least 4 times over the next 8-10 days or so, always calling ahead and never providing anything but friendly, appropriate and humerus service.
