About a week ago we saw bats coming out from under the roof. We DIY'ed a one way door and made an appointment with On Point Wildlife Removal. James came out (early no less!) to inspect my bat "infestation" and assured me the problem was not severe or a threat to human health. He gave me some pointers on sealing up access points and told me that he'd be happy to finish the job for me but didn't pressure me in any way to commit to an expensive service. We can manage the clean-up ourselves but in the future if we ever have an issue too big to DIY, I will feel confident trusting this company to handle it.ETA: And there was no charge for him to come out!read more

We were in the process of selling our home when we discovered bats!!! Jerry came out right away (stunned at how fast they came to assess the situation). Explained about them being protected, inspected, confirmed there were bats in a small area of the soffit. Next day, Jake was out to seal up the other areas of the roof to insure no further issue. After the protection period, they came out to install a device to only allow them out, not back in. Inspected to make sure they were gone. Today, they came out and finished the process by cleaning the soffit, attic and sealing up where they came in. I am so very impressed by the responsiveness, timeliness and communication during the entire process. One night I heard some scampering in the ceiling and went outside and saw an entry hole for some kind of animal. I called On Point and they were out the next day. They found evidence of rats in the roof and went over the plan to fix everything. Mike with On Point was incredibly helpful and helped seal up the entryways, trap the rats, and get them out of the house. I would highly recommend this company if you have any wildlife or pest problems.read more

These guys are awesomeWe had bats get in our attic and Emil came sealed all the entry points except for a one way exit and then kept tabs on us as the cute little buggers found a way inside the house. His team went thru and blocked the AC vents upstairs and we camped out on floor downstairs til on crawled on wife(who had to get rabies shot even tho she wasn't bit). We then got a tent and air mattress set up in living room to use til the cute little buggers were gone. We blacked out upstairs vents and put screens on downstairs vents.The whole time we were infested the guys kept tabs on us. I had their mobile number so I felt I had a lifeline if needed.After the bats were gone Emil went up and sanitized their hangout.I highly recommend them and will more than likely renew my maintenance for another year's peace of mind.read more

Jerry was at my house with 12 hours of my initial call to his office. He quickly identified where the raccoon entered and explained what measures he would take to remove the animal and ensure she stayed out. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I would SO highly recommend On Point Wildlife Removal. My husband and I were hearing scratching noises in our attic and a family member recommended On Point. Mike came over to inspect our home ...by the way the inspection is free! Mike asked us some simple questions to better understand what our problem was and he then inspected our attic and we did indeed have a rat problem.Mike then set traps in the attic and over the course of the next few days, our rats 🐀 had fallen victim to Mike's traps. This is a long overdue review. I contacted On Point on a referral from a friend after hearing sounds in my attic. James and Mike came out and inspected my attic and confirmed that we had rats. Mike set up a plan for setting traps in the attic and when he would come and check them. He was always here at the scheduled time and always called ahead as well. He was very professional and addressed my questions and concerns (of which I had many!). I was also having new shingles put on my roof at that same time so that posed an additional problem for them but they worked very well with me on this. After ridding my attic of the rats they waited for my roof to be done and came out to complete the job of securing any entry points and verifying that we were still rat free. I contacted On Point via Facebook one evening when I heard something in the attic. With a matter of minutes Jerry reached out to me! We scheduled an appointment the next business day and he was there to personally check out our attic. He was able to identify where animals were able to enter the attic and immediately begin to secure those entry points. The next day one of his team arrived and finished the work. After 1 day we were free of any animals and over the following week his team ensured everything was good and checked the traps. When I heard scratching noises above my head at night when sleeping I knew it wasn't good.My neighbor on Merritt Island had the same thing about 2 months ago and called the wildlife removal animal exterminators. She had squirrels and raccoons in her home attic.When I called Mike came out the next day and showed me pictures of the rats and bats I had in my attic (well, their poop). After reviewing them and on my neighbors recommendation On Point was able to solve my rodent removal problem and clean up the mess they left behind. Unfortunately the mess was much larger than I expected and had to have my entire insulation removed and new put in, but now my house smells better and the electric bill is lower too. By far the most professional company of its type I have found. Very polite and well spoken, quality of work is very high as well. With the cold weather I got roof rats in my attic. I contacted On Point Wildlife when I started hearing scratching noises in our attic. I called at 730am, and I was pleasantly surprised to have James show up to my home just a couple of hours later. He was quite knowledgeable, and let me know that we did indeed have a rat(s) in the attic. He explained the plan to me, and set up a schedule for Mike to come out to treat my property and set traps. Mike was awesome, and worked for weeks to make sure we were completely rodent free. He sealed up points of entry on the roof, set and checked the traps multiple times each week, and sanitized my attic at the end of the job. I had received a proposal from another company to protect my property from a squirrel infestation. The sounds we were hearing did not seem to be squirrels. I was uncomfortable with the $1000+ amount. Once you meet this company you will understand immediately the difference. Clean cut, well spoken, professional, and extremely well ran. On point and james are amazing. I Had a rat in my attic who was chewing through my water pipes that ran in the attic , And he was destroying my home. The amount of water damaged that the rat caused was Awful. I called critter control and they charged me $600 to seal up 3 holes on the outside of my house. After critter control told me that there was NO activity in my attic, they very next day after they left I woke up to water POURING out of my light fixtures and flooding 2 rooms in my house. Called critter control back and they told me I was Delusional....SO that's when I decided to go with ON POINT. That was the best decision I made!! James, Tony and Emil came to my house. I was very upset due to the ongoing problem that the company before could not fix. James was Very knowledgeable. He came and gave me a free estimate and told me immediately that he thinks the rat is getting into the sewer and climbing up my cast iron pipes. He did a smoke test and sure enough there was a hole in my cast iron pipe in the attic that smoke was pouring out of!! I got the cast iron replaced. I had been hearing scratching noises in my attic at night every since the recent cold weather.Several other people in my neighborhood had been experiencing rat problems in their attics as well. On Point Wildlife Removal was able to solve their problems, so I had them do a free inspection on my house as well.James and Scott showed me how the rats were getting in, as well as what it would take to seal up the house and get rid of them. They were able to remove the animals in my attic, in a timely and professional manner.Having the piece of mind now, knowing that I won't be woken up in the middle of the night anymore is definitely worth the cost of hiring a professional. Researched multiple companies on the BBB website, and Angie's List. Decided to give On Point a chance. They defiantly lived up to their reputation and got the squirrels out of my attic just as they promised. My neighbor was feeding them and they decided to burrow into my soffit. They replaced the soffit when finished and was able to replace the destroyed insulation as well. Total one stop shop for solving my problem.read more

While visiting my brother we started hearing noises in the attic (been pretty rainy) we saw a raccoon coming in and out at night and heard scratching noises. Called several companies but none had the reputation that On Point Wildlife Removal has, they are also the only local company accredited with the BBB which was important and their Angie's List Reviews were great. Jerry came out and spent a good hour inspecting my attic and roof, he took pictures and gave me a detailed breakdown how things worked for the removal process. Over the next couple weeks I got to meet him and his team, they were all GREAT. Turns out we had a momma raccoon and her babies up there. On Point was able to remove and relocate them all safely. James was great at identifying and removing rats and squirrels from my attic. They have been getting in through an opening in the soffit that I never saw. Even after he sealed them out the pesky critters chewed a new hole, luckily that was covered under their warranty and they replaced it without charge. I have been animal free for 3 months now. I had been hearing noises in my attic for several days in a row, my wife and I thought at first the noises were squirrels playing around. Several days passes and I was sitting on my porch an saw a rat come out from inside my roof and run down the wall! I consider myself fairly handy and can repair most things, however after doing some research on rats and how to get rid of them, I decided to call in a professional. Getting the job done right was a huge importance to me and my piece of mind. After doing several searches I found On Point Wildlife Removal in Melbourne. They have covered other areas as well and have great online reviews. The same day I called, James and Scott came out within a couple hours and determined how they were getting in, how to get them out and how to seal the house from rats on my roof and attic. Two weeks later I am now rat free and don't have to worry about them getting back. The entire staff at On Point Wildlife Removal was extremely helpful and did an excellent job. This company goes above and beyond in every since of the phrase. I've had animal issues in my attic for almost a year (since hurricane Irma) because my roof got messed up and I'm still fighting with the insurance company, (yes, I still have a very battered, blue tarp on my roof).I belong to Angie's List, as well as the "Nextdoor" app on my iPhone, They were both recommended there, so I researched them as well as their competitors on the BBB website. This was the only company in Brevard that was actually Accredited!I called On Point Wildlife Removal to come see if they could put a temporary seal on it or something and help get the rats or raccoons out of my attic.I called them at 6:30pm on Sunday night, (my work schedule is difficult and I always have a hard time reaching businesses that late because I'm a surgeon and work 12-16 hr shifts. To my surprise the owner answered, (no, not an answering service), he actually apologized for not being able to come out then as it was so late (I had no expectations for anybody to come out at 7pm on a Sunday night). He took my information and said he would get somebody out there asap, I told him Monday morning was fine. We set up an appointment for 8am Monday James and Scott Early Monday morning, I received a call from James letting me know that he was about 30 minutes away. 8am the doorbell rang and James and Scott introduced their selves as my Account Mangers.They were able to inspect, solve, and even replace my missing soffit with permanent repair (that looked perfect). They came out at least 4 times over the next 8-10 days or so, always calling ahead and never providing anything but friendly, appropriate and humerus service. The knowledge, professionalism, detail and quality that they demonstrated is beyond what I expected.I was hesitant after reading so many positive reviews about how "perfect" this company is, but I can honestly say, that they are 100% accurate. This company takes their time, do things right, it's like a time warp back to when people took pride in their work, and it shows!read more
