ToggleOn Point Wildlife Removal provides humane wildlife removal across Viera — both Viera East and Viera West — from our Melbourne office about 15 minutes south on I-95. Viera's neighborhoods border the Viera Wetlands and active conservation land, which keeps raccoons, roof rats, and squirrels in constant contact with newer homes. We remove the animal, seal the construction gaps it used, and warranty the work.

Why Viera Homes Get Wildlife Problems
Viera is a 76-neighborhood planned community built directly into working habitat — and the wildlife was here first.
West of I-95, the Viera Wetlands (Ritch Grissom Memorial Wetlands) and the surrounding conservation land support dense populations of raccoons and other wildlife just beyond the newest neighborhoods. East of I-95, the golf course corridors, creeks, and lake systems threaded through the Viera East communities do the same job. Either side, the animals foraging those edges den in attics, soffits, and under lanais when the seasons push them toward shelter.
The construction story splits the community too. Viera East's golf communities date to the 1990s — nearly thirty years of settling, aging soffits, and maturing oak canopy that gives roof rats and squirrels a highway to the roofline. Viera West and Addison Village are newer builds with the modern-construction signature: gaps at roof returns where fascia meets roofline, builder-grade gable and off-ridge vents without screening, and unsealed utility penetrations. Two different inspection playbooks in one community — and different again from the older-construction patterns we work next door in Rockledge.

Viera Wildlife Removal FAQs
Do you serve all of Viera?
Yes — both sides of I-95, including Viera East, Viera West, and the Rockledge-adjacent communities to the north. Our office is in Melbourne, about 15 minutes south on I-95.
Why does Viera have so much wildlife activity?
Viera was built into active habitat. The Viera Wetlands and conservation land border the community to the west, and golf course, creek, and lake corridors run through the neighborhoods on both sides of I-95 — so raccoons, rats, and squirrels live directly alongside the homes, and construction gaps at roof returns and vents give them a way in.
How does pricing work?
Every home is different, so we quote after a free onsite inspection rather than over the phone. You receive an exact written price before any work begins. Here's how our pricing works.
Are you licensed for wildlife removal in Florida?
Yes. On Point Wildlife Removal is an FWC-licensed wildlife operator (License LW262514), an NWCOA member, and BBB A+ accredited.

Things to Do in Viera
Viera is home to the Brevard Zoo, the Viera Wetlands (Ritch Grissom Memorial Wetlands) — one of Florida's best-known birding and wildlife-viewing spots — The Avenue Viera, and USSSA Space Coast Complex. The same wetlands and preserves that make Viera great for wildlife viewing are why wildlife ends up in Viera attics — we handle the second part.
